Chaseslot Limited takes the handling of personal data seriously. This page sets out what we hold, on what basis, and the rights you have under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
The controller
The data controller is Chaseslot Limited (registered in England and Wales, company number 02051975), whose registered office is 29 The Green, London, N21 1HS. Data protection enquiries: [email protected].
The data we hold
Three categories, and no others:
- Contact details you provide — name, organisation, email, telephone, and the content of your enquiry.
- A record of dealings — correspondence, and file notes of conversations where these were made.
- Web server logs — IP address, browser and requested pages, generated automatically by our host.
There is no account system on this site, no payment processing, and no deliberate collection of special category data.

Disclosure
Personal data is never sold and never shared for third-party marketing. It reaches only those who need it to act for us — our accountants, solicitors, web host and email provider, all bound by contract — and anyone to whom the law obliges us to disclose it.
Storage and retention
We keep data within the UK or the EEA. If a supplier processes it outside those areas, we use the transfer safeguards UK data protection law allows.
Retention: unsuccessful enquiries, two years; contract and transaction files, twelve years from completion, which matches the limitation period for deeds; accounting records, at least six years as the Companies Act 2006 requires; web server logs, a short period set by our host.
What you can ask us to do
You can ask what we hold and for a copy of it, have inaccurate data corrected, and in certain circumstances have it deleted, have our use of it restricted, object to that use, or have it ported elsewhere. Consent, where we rely on it, can be withdrawn at any point without affecting earlier processing.
Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. We do not charge unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

Tell us — most problems are quicker to fix directly. You are also entitled to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK regulator, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or by telephone on 0303 123 1113.
